TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/h2>\n

AS Liviko processes the personal data submitted by the participant during the campaign in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR)<\/b> of the European Parliament and of the Council, the legislation of the Republic of Estonia, and these campaign terms for the purpose of conducting the campaign.<\/p>\n

By participating in the campaign, the participant gives AS Liviko<\/b> consent to process the data submitted at registration for the following purposes:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • registering and managing campaign participation;<\/li>\n
  • verifying compliance with campaign terms;<\/li>\n
  • identifying and notifying winners;<\/li>\n
  • arranging the handover of prizes;<\/li>\n
  • compiling summaries and statistics related to the campaign;<\/li>\n
  • resolving possible disputes, complaints and legal claims.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The first name and initial of the surname of winners will be published on the campaign website www.starterenergy.ee<\/b> no later than the third working day<\/b> following the draw.<\/p>\n

    AS Liviko may share personal data with its partners and service providers (e.g. IT service provider, technical organiser of the draw, logistics and courier partners) to the extent necessary for conducting the campaign. These parties process data solely on AS Liviko’s instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.<\/p>\n

    The legal basis for processing personal data is:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • the participant’s consent to participate in the campaign;<\/li>\n
    • AS Liviko’s legitimate interest in conducting the campaign, preventing misuse and protecting its rights;<\/li>\n
    • compliance with legal obligations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Personal data collected during the campaign will be retained until 31.10.2026<\/b>, unless longer retention is required to fulfil a legal obligation or resolve legal disputes.<\/p>\n

      Campaign participants have the right to:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • obtain information about the processing of their personal data;<\/li>\n
      • request the correction or deletion of their data;<\/li>\n
      • restrict the processing of personal data;<\/li>\n
      • object to the processing of personal data;<\/li>\n
      • withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent;<\/li>\n
      • lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The campaign runs from 01.07.2026 \u2013 31.07.2026<\/b>. The campaign applies only to purchases made at Olerex stores<\/b>. All Starter drinks<\/b> are included in the campaign. To participate, register your receipt at: www.starterenergy.ee<\/b>. One receipt gives one entry into the draw. Multiple receipts may be registered.<\/p>\n

        On 05.08.2026<\/b>, 10 prizes<\/b> will be drawn among all campaign participants:<\/p>\n

        • 2 \u00d7 Robert Virves fan item T-shirt + 1 \u00d7 case of Starter energy drink<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          All persons registered online during the period specified in the campaign rules are eligible for the prize draw. Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at registration. At least one representative of AS Liviko<\/b> will be present at the draw.<\/p>\n

          The winner’s name will be published at www.starterenergy.ee<\/b> no later than the third working day<\/b> following the draw. The organiser’s representative will contact the winner to confirm details and arrange delivery of the prize. If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days<\/b>, AS Liviko’s representative has the right to draw a new winner.<\/p>\n

          Participants must be at least 16 years of age<\/b>. Those under 16 may participate only with the consent of a parent or guardian. AS Liviko employees<\/b> and their family members may not participate. The participant is required to retain the registered receipt until the prize has been handed over. The organiser has the right to verify the winner’s identity and the existence of the receipt upon handover. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. The organiser has the right to disqualify a participant suspected of violating the campaign terms, submitting false information or otherwise abusing the campaign. In the event of force majeure, AS Liviko<\/b> has the unilateral right to amend the campaign terms, notifying participants on the campaign page.<\/p>\n

          In the event of winning a prize, AS Liviko will publish the winner’s first name and initial of surname<\/b> on the campaign website. The winner’s name, image, video or other personal data will be used in separate advertising or marketing materials only with the winner’s prior consent<\/b>.<\/p>\n

          AS Liviko may share participants’ personal data with partners and service providers (incl. IT service providers, technical draw partners, logistics and courier partners) to the extent necessary for conducting the campaign. These parties process data solely on AS Liviko’s instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.<\/p>\n

          Taxes related to the handover of prizes to winners will be paid by AS Liviko<\/b> in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.<\/p>\n

          All disputes arising from the campaign shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. All complaints regarding the organisation and\/or conduct of the campaign must be submitted in writing to AS Liviko at: Masina 11, 10113 Tallinn<\/b>, marked “KAMPAANIA”<\/b> by 31.10.2026<\/b> at the latest. Complaints submitted after this date will not be processed. Received complaints will be responded to within 3 working days<\/b>.
